Charles Spurgeon Commentary Micah 7:19

"He will again have compassion upon us; he will tread our iniquities under foot; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea." — Micah 7:19 (ASV)

We read about their sins in the earlier part of the chapter; and what a horrible catalogue of evils it was! Yet here we read, Who is a God like you, that pardons iniquity? Even those mountainous sins of which the prophet writes, the Lord will tear up by their roots, and cast them into the depths of the sea.
