SCRIPTURE

"When therefore I have accomplished this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will go on by you unto Spain. And I know that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fulness of the blessing of Christ." — Romans 15:28-29 (ASV)

He was sure of that, but he did not know how he would go in other respects. He did not know that he would go to Rome as a prisoner; he could not foresee that he would be sent there as an ambassador in bonds; and little, I imagine, did he care in what manner he would go, so long as he had the absolute certainty that he should go in the fullness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ.
