Charles Spurgeon Commentary

Charles Spurgeon Commentary
"even as it is written, Behold, I lay in Zion a stone of stumbling and a rock of offence: And he that believeth on him shall not be put to shame." — Romans 9:33 (ASV)
And whoever believes on him will not be ashamed.
But if they do not believe on him, they will one day be ashamed; and, meanwhile, the eternal purpose of God will still stand, he will still be glorious whatever men will do, or will not do.
