"in all things showing thyself an ensample of good works; in thy doctrine [showing] uncorruptness, gravity," — Titus 2:7 (ASV)

In all things showing yourself a pattern of good works:

Titus was himself a young man; he must, therefore, be a pattern to young men; and as a pastor or evangelist he must be a pattern to all sorts of men.
