SCRIPTURE

"A factious man after a first and second admonition refuse; knowing that such a one is perverted, and sinneth, being self-condemned." — Titus 3:10-11 (ASV)

A man that is an heretic after the first and second admonition reject; knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sins, being condemned of himself.

When it comes to unbelief of fundamental and vital doctrines, we who are like Titus, set in office over a church, must deal with such deadly evils with a strong hand.
