Acts 21:15

SCRIPTURE

"And after these days we took up our baggage and went up to Jerusalem." — Acts 21:15 (ASV)

Paul and his colleagues, accompanied by some Caesarean Christians, took the road up to Jerusalem, some sixty-five miles away to the southeast. They brought Paul to the home of Mnason, a Cypriot and an early follower of Jesus. Not everyone in the Jerusalem church would have been prepared to have Paul and his company of Gentile converts as house guests during Pentecost. But the Caesarean Christians knew their man.
