"And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; as thou hast believed, [so] be it done unto thee. And the servant was healed in that hour." — Matthew 8:13 (ASV)

Regarding “just as,” Jesus performed a miracle, not in proportion to the centurion’s faith, nor because of the centurion’s faith, but in content what was expected by the centurion’s faith (cf. 15:28, where the emphasis is also on faith).
