SCRIPTURE
"And there was much joy in that city." — Acts 8:8 (ASV)
The joy of which he speaks is a fruit of faith. For it must be that as soon as we know that God will be favorable and merciful, our minds will be filled with incomparable joy, a joy that far surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
