SCRIPTURE

"Now, my son, Jehovah be with thee; and prosper thou, and build the house of Jehovah thy God, as he hath spoken concerning thee." — 1 Chronicles 22:11 (ASV)

Now, my son, the Lord be with you Or "shall be with you" F18 , as some; and if it be as a prayer, it was no doubt a prayer of faith; the Targum is, ``may the Word of the Lord be your help:''

and prosper you ; may success attend you:

and build the house of the Lord your God, as he has said of you ; foretold he should, and therefore would assist him to do it, which was an encouragement to go about it.
