John Gill Commentary 1 Kings 19:16

"and Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint to be king over Israel; and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abel-meholah shalt thou anoint to be prophet in thy room." — 1 Kings 19:16 (ASV)

And Jehu the son of Nimshi shall you anoint to be king over
Israel
This was a son of Jehoshaphat, and a grandson of Nimshi; nor does he appear to have been anointed by Elijah, but by Elisha; and being done by his order and direction was the same as if it was done by himself, unless he was twice anointed, see (2 Kings 9:1–3)

and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abelmeholah shall you anoint to be
prophet in your room ;
which was in the half tribe of Manasseh, on this side Jordan; (See Gill on Judges 7:22).
