"nevertheless thou shalt not build the house; but thy son that shall come forth out of thy loins, he shall build the house for my name." — 1 Kings 8:19 (ASV)

Nevertheless, you shall not build the house Which is implied in the question in (2 Samuel 7:5).

but your son that shall come forth out of your loins, he shall build the house unto my name ; Which is expressed in (2 Samuel 7:12–13).
