SCRIPTURE

"Thou shalt be blessed above all peoples: there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle." — Deuteronomy 7:14 (ASV)

Thou shalt be blessed above all people
Even with temporal blessings, besides those of a religious kind; they having the oracles of God, the covenants, the giving of the law, the service of God, and the promises, (Romans 3:1Romans 3:2) (9:4) ,

there shall not be male or female barren among you ;
which to be was reckoned a reproach, and the contrary a blessing, (Luke 1:25) (Psalms 127:5) (Psalms 128:3Psalms 128:4)

or among your cattle ;
the Targum of Jonathan is, nor your beasts barren of wool, and milk, and lambs.
