SCRIPTURE

"And the other lamb thou shalt offer at even, and shalt do thereto according to the meal-offering of the morning, and according to the drink-offering thereof, for a sweet savor, an offering made by fire unto Jehovah." — Exodus 29:41 (ASV)

And the other lamb you shall offer at even
(See Gill on Exodus 29:39),

and shall do to it according to the meat offering of the morning, and
according to the drink offering of it ;
a meat and drink offering consisting of the same things, for quality and quantity, and made in the same manner, were to be offered with the daily evening sacrifice, as with the morning one:

for a sweet savour, an offering made by fire to the Lord :
for these lambs were both burnt with fire upon the altar, and therefore are called a burnt offering in the next verse.
