John Gill Commentary Exodus 35:19

"the finely wrought garments, for ministering in the holy place, the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest`s office." — Exodus 35:19 (ASV)

The cloths of service, to do service in the holy place ,
&c.] To wrap up the various vessels of the tabernacle, when removed from place to place; see (Exodus 31:10) or the priests' vestments, in which they did their service, and therefore it follows, by way of apposition:

the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his
sons, to minister in the priest's office ;
for which there are particular directions in (Exodus 28:1–43) .
