And the brass of the offering was seventy talents, and two thousand four hundred shekels. Which, according to Paris weight, were 6177 pounds, ten ounces, two drachms, and sixty four grains F23: this might be had from the neighbouring mountains of Arabia, where it is said F24 the metals of brass and iron were first dug.
