"These are the inheritances which Moses distributed in the plains of Moab, beyond the Jordan at Jericho, eastward." — Joshua 13:32 (ASV)

These [are the countries] which Moses did distribute for
inheritance in the plains of Moab
Which is particularly described, that each might know their proper portion:

on the other side Jordan by Jericho eastward ;
of the land of Canaan; of Jordan by Jericho, (See Gill on Numbers 22:1).
