"And out of the tribe of Issachar, Kishion with its suburbs, Daberath with its suburbs," — Joshua 21:28 (ASV)

And out of the tribe of Issachar, Kishon with her suburbs ,
&c.] From where the river Kishon probably had its name, or the city from that; it is the same with Kishion, (Joshua 19:20) ; and called Kedesh, (1 Chronicles 6:72) . Dabareh with her suburbs ;
the same with Daberath on the border of Zebulun, (See Gill on Joshua 19:12).
