John Gill Commentary Leviticus 13:14

"But whensoever raw flesh appeareth in him, he shall be unclean." — Leviticus 13:14 (ASV)

But when raw flesh appears in him
Between the white spots, scabs, or swellings, or in the midst of them:

he will be unclean ;
be pronounced unclean, and be subject to all the prescriptions of the law concerning lepers.
