John Gill Commentary Numbers 15:10

"and thou shalt offer for the drink-offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto Jehovah." — Numbers 15:10 (ASV)

And you shall bring for a drink offering half an hin of
wine
The same quantity as of oil, and a little more:

[for] an offering made by fire of a sweet savor to the Lord :
this, according to Jarchi, refers only to the meat offering and the oil: for the wine was not a fire offering, not being put upon the fire.
