John Gill Commentary Numbers 15:12

"According to the number that ye shall prepare, so shall ye do to every one according to their number." — Numbers 15:12 (ASV)

According to the number that you shall prepare, so shall you do
to everyone, according to their number .
That is, in proportion to the number of the cattle, whatever sort they were, should be the quantity of the meat and drink offerings.
