John Gill Commentary Numbers 15:7

"and for the drink-offering thou shalt offer the third part of a hin of wine, of a sweet savor unto Jehovah." — Numbers 15:7 (ASV)

And for a drink offering you shall offer a third [part] of an
hin of wine
The same quantity of wine was to be used in the drink offering as of oil in the meat offering, (Numbers 15:4Numbers 15:6) :

[for] a sweet savour unto the Lord ,
that it might be acceptable to him.
