SCRIPTURE

"Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and finding him, he said, Dost thou believe on the Son of God? He answered and said, And who is he, Lord, that I may believe on him? Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen him, and he it is that speaketh with thee. And he said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him." — John 9:35-38 (ASV)

Christ acknowledges those who acknowledge Him, His truth, and His ways. Particular notice is taken of such a sufferer in the cause of Christ and for the testimony of a good conscience. Our Lord Jesus graciously reveals Himself to the man. Now he was made to understand what an unspeakable mercy it was to be cured of his blindness, so that he might see the Son of God. None but God is to be worshipped; so, in worshipping Jesus, he acknowledged Him to be God. All who believe in Him will worship Him.
