SCRIPTURE

"The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life; But violence covereth the mouth of the wicked. Hatred stirreth up strifes; But love covereth all transgressions." — Proverbs 10:11-12 (ASV)

A word of counsel, or reproof, rightly spoken, is especially beautiful, as fine fruit becomes still more beautiful in silver baskets.

If a man knows that his neighbor is in danger from any unjust proceeding, he is bound to do all in his power to deliver him. And what is it to allow immortal souls to perish, when our persuasions and example may be the means of preventing it?
