SCRIPTURE

"The tongue of the righteous is [as] choice silver: The heart of the wicked is little worth. The lips of the righteous feed many; But the foolish die for lack of understanding. The blessing of Jehovah, it maketh rich; And he addeth no sorrow therewith." — Proverbs 10:20-22 (ASV)

Contention heats the spirit, and puts families and societies into a flame. And that fire is commonly kindled and kept burning by whisperers and backbiters.
