SCRIPTURE
"The thoughts of the righteous are just; [But] the counsels of the wicked are deceit." — Proverbs 12:5 (ASV)
Thoughts are not free; they are under Divine knowledge, and therefore under Divine command. It is a man's shame to act with deceit, with trick and design.
