Matthew Henry Commentary Proverbs 15:22

"Where there is no counsel, purposes are disappointed; But in the multitude of counsellors they are established." — Proverbs 15:22 (ASV)

If people will not take time and effort to deliberate, they are unlikely to accomplish anything.
