Verse 1

Blessed Shepherd, gently leading All Thy flock with tender care, Let us evermore be feeding In Thy pastures green and fair.

Shepherd of the flock, be near us; In Thy tender mercy hear us; With thy blessed comfort cheer us, Shepherd of the ransom’d flock.

Lead us by the sparkling fountains Flowing from the springs above; From the everlasting mountains, Truth and mercy, grace and love.
