Blessed Words of Jesus

Verse 1

Jesus when he lived on earth, Little children blest, Took them in his loving arms, Laid them on his breast.

Verse 2

Still are true his blessed words, Ne'er to be forgot; Suffer each to come to me, And forbid them not.

Verse 3

Then to him I'll gladly come, And will humbly pray, Jesus take me for thine own, Wash my sins away.
