Verse 2

In midst of the troubles and sorrows I bear, By faith I repose on his breast; I know he will make my afflictions his care, And bring me at last to his rest.

He's gone to prepare for his people a place— A mansion of glory on high; And when I shall finish my journey and race, He'll give me a home in the sky.
