Let All On Erath Their Voices Raise

Verse 1

Let all on earth their voices raise, Resounding heav'n's joyful praise To God, who gave the apostles grace To run on earth their glorious race.

Verse 2

Lord, at your word they bore the light Of gospel truth to darkest night, To us that heav'nly light impart; Make glad our eyes and cheer our heart.

Verse 3

Lord, by your will to them was giv'n To bind and loose in earth and heav'n. Our chains unbind, our sins undo, And in our hearts your grace renew.

Verse 4

Lord, in your might they spoke the word Which cured disease and health restored. To us its healing pow'r prolong; Support the weak, confirm the strong.

Verse 5

And when the thrones are set on high And judgment's awesome hour draws nigh, Then, Lord, with them pronounce us blest, And take us to your endless rest.
