Now on my longing soul Earth's pleasures pall; Day-spring of joy divine, Thou art my all. Incline thine ear to me, More faith, O Christ, in thee, More faith in thee, More faith in thee.

Then shall my closing eyes With rapture see, Far, far beyond the skies, Heaven for me. Joyous my soul shall be: More faith, O Christ, in thee, More faith in thee, More faith in thee.
