Dear Lord, we join with Thee in pray'r, That all Thy people be Both sanctified in holy truth, And perfected in Thee.

Long have the pow'rs of hell prevailed Believers to divide; But now we pray for grace to stand In oneness on Thy side.

Dear Lord, we join with Thee in pray'r, For oneness in Thy fold; Give us the faith of Christ alone, As had the saints of old.

Let not the pride of human creeds, Scatter Thy sheep abroad; Baptize them in the Holy Ghost, And make them one in God.
