Primary Scripture: Psalm 98

Verse 1

Sing a new song unto the LORD, For He has wonders wrought; We by His own right restor'd, His arm for us has fought!

Verse 2

The LORD has by His arm of might Made His salvation known; And in the boastful heathen's sight, His righteousness is shown.

Verse 3

He has upon His mercy thought, To Isr'el sworn of old; And His salvation, for us wrought, The ends of earth behold.

Verse 4

Unto the LORD let all the earth The sounds of gladness raise; Make a loud noise with holy mirth, Rejoice, and give Him praise.

Verse 5

Unto the LORD with praises sing, With harp and psalms rejoice; With trumpets greet the LORD the King. And with the cornet's voice.

Verse 6

Let the streams clap their hands, the sea With all its fulness roar; Joyful the hills together be. And the whole world adore:

Verse 7

The LORD adore Who will come down, And does to judgment call; With righteousness the world to crown, With truth to govern all.
