Verse 1
There’s a precious fountain opened, For uncleanness and for sin, And the invitation given, Only come and wash therein.

Oh! the precious blood of Jesus, Fount of cleansing, full and free, Come and wash and live forever, It was shed for you and me.
Verse 2
Though your sins may be as scarlet, They shall be as white as snow, He who washes in this fountain Shall its healing virtues know.
