Oh, well may they sing, For the Spirit doth bring Rich foretastes of bliss as they go; And earnest is giv’n, And the glory of Heav’n Makes bright all their pathway below.

Sing on, happy throng, For your jubilant song Is the wonderful story of grace— It tells of the blood Of the crucified Lord, And bestows on the Lamb all the praise.
