Joyously sing, joyously sing, Sing the glad songs of the kingdom; Earnestly sing, heartily sing, Sing the glad songs of the kingdom.

We’re singing the songs of the kingdom, The beautiful kingdom of heav’n; The songs of his wonderful kingdom, And pray that our sins be forgiv’n.

Verse 2

Tenderly sing, tenderly sing, Sing the glad songs of the kingdom; Jesus hath died, scourged, crucified, Sing the glad songs of the kingdom.

Hopefully sing, risen the King, Joyous your song of the kingdom; Banished all gloom, hence from the tomb, Sing the blest songs of the kingdom.
