The Twenty-third Sunday after Trinity

O God, our refuge and strength,¹

who are the author of all godliness;²

Be ready, we beseech you, to hear the devout prayers of your Church;³

and grant that those things which we ask faithfully⁴

we may obtain effectually; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.⁵
