Book of Common Prayer

Beati omnes

17th Century
ps 128:1-6

Blessed are all they that fear the Lord:1 and walk in his ways.

For you shall eat the labor of your hands: O well is you, and happy shall you be.

Your wife shall be as the fruitful vine: upon the walls of your house;

Your children like the olive-branches: round about your table.

Lo, thus shall the man be blessed: that fears the Lord.

The Lord from out of Sion shall so bless you: that you shall see Jerusalem in prosperity all your life long;

Yea, that you shall see your children's children: and peace upon Israel.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost;2

As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.3
