Commentators unanimously agree that Paul lists several of the Ten Commandments (not to murder, steal, etc.) to show they are all fulfilled by one overarching principle: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' This single, positive command from Leviticus is presented as the summary of all laws governing human relationships. If a person truly loves their neighbor, they will naturally not harm them in these ways.
