Albert Barnes Commentary 2 Chronicles 5:1

"Thus all the work that Solomon wrought for the house of Jehovah was finished. And Solomon brought in the things that David his father had dedicated, even the silver, and the gold, and all the vessels, and put them in the treasuries of the house of God." — 2 Chronicles 5:1 (ASV)

This chapter contains only one important addition to the narrative in the book of Kings: the account of the circumstances under which the manifestation of the Divine Presence took place (2 Chronicles 5:11–13).
