SCRIPTURE
"He that chastiseth the nations, shall not he correct, [Even] he that teacheth man knowledge?" — Psalms 94:10 (ASV)
He who chastises. —Or, He who instructs. The thought to some extent anticipates St. Paul’s teaching about the divine education of the Gentiles, in Romans 1:0.
