"And the word of Jehovah came the second time unto Haggai in the four and twentieth [day] of the month, saying," — Haggai 2:20 (ASV)

And again the word of the Lord came to Haggai
Or a "second" ^F19 time, even on the same day as the former: in the four and twentieth day of the month ;
