SCRIPTURE

"each silver platter [weighing] a hundred and thirty [shekels], and each bowl seventy; all the silver of the vessels two thousand and four hundred [shekels], after the shekel of the sanctuary;" — Numbers 7:85 (ASV)

Each charger of silver [weighing] an hundred and thirty
[shekels], each bowl seventy (See Gill on Numbers 7:13);

all the silver vessels [weighed] two thousand and four hundred
[shekels], after the shekel of the sanctuary ; which amounted to 1,139 ounces and four drachms F11 , which were worth about three hundred pounds of our money.
